Perri Hom is an Associate in the Firm's Commercial Services group.

Perri concentrates her practice in the area of environmental law. She assists in the representation of a wide variety of clients, ranging from major Fortune 500 companies to individual clients, in environmental litigation, cost recovery actions, and regulatory compliance and enforcement matters. She routinely handles complex issues concerning federal and state laws, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), New Jersey’s Spill Act, and New York’s hazardous substances laws and regulations.

During law school, Perri interned for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 2 in its New York/Caribbean Superfund Branch and the N.Y.S. Department of Environmental Conservation, Region 2. She also participated in Pace’s Environmental Litigation Clinic where she represented public interest environmental groups in federal and state courts over violations pursuant to the National Gas Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the public trust doctrine.

From 2016 to 2017, Perri served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John M. Deitch, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County, Criminal Division. 

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

  • Currently defending a large chemical supplier in a multi-million-dollar CERCLA cost-recovery action in the Eastern District of New York.
  • Representing clients involved in the Newark Bay and Lower Passaic River Superfund matters.
